A "Fun Run" strongman contest for a good cause

This is a "fun run" contest for strongman at TNT Garage of Excellence.  Accessible for all ages and abilities.  All proceeds go to benefit crossroads for women, a local organization that provides comprehensive services for women who struggle with addiction.    We are actively looking for sponsors.

There will be a regular division as well as a "hulk" division for those who actively compete in strongman.

The events will be: 

Regular division:

Overhead medley:
Competitor has 60 seconds to lift overhead 1 dumbbells, one sandbag,  an barbell and the log, going in ascending weight order.  

* Truck pull

* Deadlift medley:
Trap bar, axle and barbell 

* Stone run

* Mystery event

"Hulk" division:

1 arm BB OH

Truck pull

Rebar bar bending

Keg loading medley
